Especially, when our days are jam-packed with obligations, responsibilities, and to-do lists, it can be difficult to remain COOL, CALM, CONFIDENT.
I'm deeply familiar with what anxiety looks like. I get it and I know it, because I pulled myself together from depression and my postpartum experience of being a single mom.
My intentions for this workshop are to help you feel safe, guided, and courageous within, with the methods that you can use in the moment, methods to help you RESET, REGULATE, RESTORE your life.
