Nav has devoted herself to echoing healing into the world surrounding her by guiding others in personal development and exploring the conscious through transformational practices of the mind, body and soul. After having experienced personal healing, she is passionate about sharing the disciplines of contemplative natural modalities that has allowed her to develop a multidimensional approach with her clients to heal past trauma and transform their lives. Grounded in Vedic knowledge by Swamiji, Chopra Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, a Sound Therapist , Ayurveda Specialist and RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, Nav is poised to bring the best of eastern meditative practices to our society as she continues to elevate by experiences, and serves the community as a Mental Health Advocate.
