By accessing or using the Sound Ascent website located at www.soundascent.com, booking a session, purchasing a gift card, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Sound Ascent offers wellness and healing services including, but not limited to:

• Breathwork sessions (online, studio, and concierge)
• Sound therapy using crystal alchemy bowls and gongs
• Reiki energy healing
• Meditation instruction including Primordial Sound Meditation and Transcendental Meditation
• Yoga and movement classes
• The M.S.S.M. Method (Movement, Sound, Stillness, and Manifestation) signature program
• Group and corporate wellness events
• Handcrafted candles and wellness products
• Gift cards redeemable for any service

Services may be delivered online via Zoom, in person at our studio, or at your chosen location (concierge). Sound Ascent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website at soundascent.com or as directed by our team. By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
• The information you provide at booking is accurate and complete.
• You will notify us of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to your session that may affect your participation.

Sound Ascent reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion.

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: eligible for a full reschedule at no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session: may result in a session forfeit or partial charge.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session rate.
• Sound Ascent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full reschedule or refund.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly at soundascent.com or via the contact information provided at the time of booking.

Payment for services may be made before or after your session, as agreed upon at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include:

• Venmo
• PayPal
• Credit card

All prices are listed in US dollars. Sound Ascent reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected on the website and will apply to new bookings made after the change.

Packages and multi-session purchases are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another person. Gift card balances are non-refundable and may be applied across multiple sessions until the balance is fully redeemed.

Sound Ascent gift cards are available for purchase on our website. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the following:

• Gift cards are redeemable for any service offered at soundascent.com.
• Gift cards may be used for a single session or across multiple sessions until the balance is fully redeemed.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Gift cards are fully transferable and may be gifted to another person.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards are the responsibility of the holder and will not be replaced.
• Sound Ascent is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift card codes.

Sound Ascent's services are intended for general wellness and personal development purposes only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating in any Sound Ascent session, you acknowledge that:

• You have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider as necessary before participating.
• You take full responsibility for your participation and acknowledge any associated risks.
• Sound Ascent is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects experienced during or after a session.
• You will inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns prior to the session.

Breathwork, sound therapy, and energy healing practices involve active participation and can produce deep physical and emotional responses. Please approach all sessions with awareness and self-care.

For concierge sessions held at a client's chosen location, the following additional terms apply:

• The client is responsible for ensuring the session space is safe, private, and suitable for the chosen service.
• Concierge pricing includes travel within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.
• Sound Ascent reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a concierge session if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sound Ascent, its practitioners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

All content on soundascent.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, course materials, and the M.S.S.M. Method — is the exclusive property of Sound Ascent and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Sound Ascent.

Unauthorized use of our content, brand, or methods will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against any person.
• Post or transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional content without consent.
